Highly dangerous teacups

These teacups spin so fast and so wild you are required to wear helmets. We had a lovely sunny day on Saturday. We spent the morning in Dumfries and then went to Rouken Glen park where 852 children under 7 were out on their various wheeled toys.
Super Tiptop Quiz:
For a prize of £35 worth of M+S vouchers, can you tell me what Roastit Bubbly Jocks means and what it has to do with John and Sharon's entertainment on Saturday night. (Note, anyone with the surname Clark is prohinited from entering this quiz.)

Sounds like a nasty STD and maybe John made some kind of weird confession on Saturday? Nah, can't be.....Maybe you had some sort of argument so you did a lovely dinner with roasted pants....

!!! Bisous à toute la famille !!!

The French have it! Although I'm not sure if there is a secret slander on the Haggis in Beatrice's answer.
En fait Roastit Bubbly-Jock c'est un roti de dinde tout simplement - a peu pres roasted turkey (bubbly-jock is the sound it makes). It was the elegant restaurant where we had traditional Scottish fare with the Clarks (asparagus risotto is traditional, asks Sharon?) in celebration of the Scottish football victory over Georgia. Next Italy...then France....
