Give me a break!

You would think Grandma would deserve to sit down and rest after a day of walking the girls to and from school and nursery, doing all the dishes, cleaning, helping to break up fights and solve a 4-year-old's emotional breakdowns. But no, she thought she was just sitting in a chair, but Heather knew she was sitting in the audience. Watch the show, Grandma, clap when I bow!
Well, I've been having a break this week, even if Grandma hasn't. Now, move it baby, shift yourself out of there. We're waiting.

We planted the heather today! the insturction say "Heather requires lots of sun and open spaces to bloom!" Grandma what tired feet you must have, you should have them up on the coffee table. And Sharon, you should have your body on the delivery table!!!!!!! Love to all.

I expect a clean, smiling, sweet baby when I arrive. Maybe you and John having croissants and Ailsa and Heather weaving daisy chains.
Nah, what I really expect is a tired and sore Sharon, John maybe burning his hand making coffee when he is too tired to attempt it, Ailsa sneezing and Heather stamping her feet, and oh yes, a wailing but gorgeous baby. I can't wait!!!! I will take care of all of you! (Sally, leave instructions!)
