Ladies' Day
No, not at Ascot, but at New Lanark. My friends Anita, Lisa, Jen and Sara joined me for a really nice day. After some coffee shop chat and me devouring a fat slice of cranberry-orange cream cake, we were ready to start the 4 mile walk.

And a picnic lunch. No trail mix or kendal mint cake here. Wine, brie, houmous, parsnip crisps, salsa.
