It's Never to Early to Read Dickens

Well, maybe 5am is a bit too early.

We are missing the busy bustle of the last few weeks, with the house full of family. As John said, "After having your family stay, it feels more like this is our house, not just someone's house that we moved into".

But tonight is New Year's Eve and there is a bustle of Reids/Donnellys/Archers coming over for some food and competitive board gaming. I know I cannot compete in the trivia stakes when I'm up against people with long memories and 70 years of fact collecting. Here's hoping there's a category called "Gaetz Brook, 1983-86"

Hope you have a lovely Hogmanay and that there is no cheating over the board games. Lots of love to you all.

Haha, know what you mean about playing trivia with older, smarter people. You feel like a little kid again who doesn't quite get Monopoly. I agree with Tracey, that is one gorgeous, soft and glowing Christmas card worthy photo.
