3-2
About half an hour after I had gone to bed John came up and said, "Does the name Sidney Crosby mean anything to you?" I did have to think for a minute, but I said "Yeah". Then he said, "Well, we won't hear the end of it now". As he walked away I heard him mumbling "...as big as when Aberdeen won the Cup Winner's Cup in Gothenburg in '83"

Wahey!!!
Oh boy, that was the best sports event I've ever seen. Wow, I still can't believe it actually happened. I feel like I'm 12 watching the Habs win the Cup again.
GREAT hockey! Nice to have a show on tv that the whole family enjoys...the whole 2 weeks of Olympics!
Thanks for the eloquent paraphrasing Sharon....what she missed out was...."when we lived in NS that year ('05-'06), everyone was always going on about Sidney Crosby, local hockey boy...blah blah, blah blah....now we'll never hear the end of it!"
indeed a fantastic game, and a fantastic Olympics! Sad that it's over...
HA!! Bigger... WAY bigger.
An awesome game...
yep ...that's all we hear here in NS...I always feel bad for the other players who's names are NEVER mentioned!
So! Sid's sweaty pants have gone to museum. His hockey stick and a glove are missing. Aint life great!!
