Eh ben oui
Yes, we met up for a wonderful weekend in Paris. Merci a Bernard et Marie Odile pour l'acceuil et l'hospitalite. We went to a Spectacle de Flamenco at the Arabic Cultural Centre, boat tour along the Seine, meandering through streets, hours shopping in the fabric district (I really wanted to roll all over the bolts of luscious, colourful fabrics), stopping, drinking, eating, trains, trains, trains, metro, metro, metro, peering at famous Van Gogh and Manet paintings, listening to fabulous Parisian chansons in a little crowded supper club, wandering through a fab new museum with a fab famille, just superbe.

Chère Sharon, nous étions très heureux de te voir et de passer un petit moment avec toi ... A la prochaine ... bises à toute la famille !
I tried to talk my family into letting me take the tour on my own- they are having none of it! But I am 40 next year.....
Exciting. Andrea and I hope to take advantage of the CAGBPW™ (Cote d'Or Accompanied Guided Bilingual Parisian Weekend) in 2011!
La Jalousie.
I do recommend doing it without a toothache, though Sharon did tough it out all weekend, and still ate the chocolate through the pain! Dan, I'll be thrilled to take you on the CAGBPW! Just give me a few hints as to what you want to see... Paris has millions of museums and most of them are more interesting though not as impressive as the Louvre. We'll just check with the In-Law Hotel to see what their vacancies are like in 2011.
Sororite (Shaz+BA), liberte (Les clefs de Paris, et liberty cotton fabrics), egalite (le chocolat a ete bien partage)! The Reids were glad to have their linch-pin back in the family hold!
Le grand Jean
Ditto Patrick.
Ah yes, she always has a bar of chocolate and a baguette, instant pain au chocolat! This brings back memories of our much-celebrated tour with B 'n B three years ago.
