A Morning Visitor
We had a friend drop by for the morning and even though we drank 2 cups of coffee and chatted non stop, I still managed to put the laundry in and completely tidy the girls bedroom! How? Because little Miss Claire hijacked him, so he had to play with the littlest pets and look at the book and play dominoes and eat wooden cakes and do the magnet puzzles, while I chitchatted and tidied up around them. Plus he did the breakfast dishes. What an efficient morning; I should have someone to come and visit every day.

That's the best idea for hired help I've ever heard! Forget the cleaner or the cook... hire someone who will just play with the kids while you keep the rest of life sane. I love it.
(Much better than annoying people who call way too early in the morning!)
nah.. I'd rather play with kids...
but I'd take the friend who does dishes in a heartbeat!
I've heard of people hiring "Mother's Helpers" to do this very thing. Sounds lovely!
