Last Sunday saw me on stage at the Lemon Tree with my band, (we call ourselves Fiddle Level 2). Heather was assigned the job of squeezing through the crowd to the front to snap some pictures. I'm in the pink and red, with a big red light on my head. You can't tell but we sounded fantastic and fast!

This is Heather the red-eyed, bespectacled elf, in the Elf Percussion Orchestra in the school Christmas concert. She can play some classy cabassa.

And this is Laura this morning looking out at our first snowfall this winter. I am taking a picture of her taking a picture of the snow. We had a lovely day playing in the snow in the morning, church, board games, back to church for a children's nativity and visit from Santa, KFC, and watching the final of Strictly Come Dancing.

postscript: although Laura looks angelic in this picture, she has not napped in 4 days and is therefore bonkers from 2pm every day. Therefore, instead of taking part in the nativity, she had to be incarcerated at Granda and Grandma's house for the afternoon.

Ha, I love how you explain how an angelic picture doesn't mean angelic behaviour! As proud as I am of cute pictures of our kids, sometimes I just want to say: this was taken just after a tantrum and just before a naked poop.
And nice work on stage there, wish we could hear it.
Looks busy and fun! Poor Luara, not a good time to stop napping- just before the madness of Christmas! Good luck to you all- remmeber it's the shortest day of the year!!
A naked poop!!! That's the funnest!
And boy, good luck with the napping. I know what that feels like, obviously. Hope she naps today. Hey, I felt like you this morning because we were all up by 6:30am!! And does Fiddle level 2 have any other gigs lined up? A European tour maybe?
Fiddle Level 2! Wish I could have seen you!! I bet it was fantastic! What a lot of fun Christmas activity. Lawns are still green here and it doesn't feel much like Christmas yet which means everyone is really behind in their Christmas shopping!
