Christmas at the Forum it wasn't
Nothing like the NSDCC Christmas craft fair either. These references are only for Nova Scotians. Apologies to everyone else. Last weekend I tried peddling my wares at a Christmas craft fair at Fyvie Castle. This was my stall.

Anyhoo. Sales were slow. Customers were slow. Maybe 70 people each day wandered in to our UNHEATED hall, to escape from the -2 degree weather outside. And whoever was in charge of the musak chose Abba. As opposed to festive favourites. So, that's my crafty diversion done. Now I better start shopping, posting, baking, card writing, etc. Get going girl!!!!

Congratulations you multi-tasker...didn't you just have a baby a while back?! Your stockings are beautiful!
Dana
Um... you neglected to mention prices and methods of ordering! Creative? Talented? Yes... pushy business woman? NO!
They are beautiful though! I'll seriously buy some. Let me decide how many children we'll have.
hmm.....Bethanne's right.. How 'bout, "Hey Santa's elves! Check out these sturdy, decorative, festive, hand made Christmas stockings made from quality (insert fabric here) for the low low price of..(prices)?
Do you take mail orders from overseas?
Do they come pre packed with pressys??
Oh, Sharon, it's gorgeous! Stupid people who didn't buy any!! I would have (although I know I didn't when we visited...)
Sharon your stockings are gorgeous and the mantel display looks really great. Too bad it's not real so you could have lit a fire to stay warm and add more authentic ambience. Would it have made a difference? Probably not with Abba playing!! Whaaaat?
Nice work; how many did you sell?
Sharon sold 3 I sold 1....In Candian prices the way the poumd is going down it would cost you about 8 dublooneys. Sharon sold 15 on to a local craft shop for 2/3rds the price - so she has her ticket fee to run away and join the circus when it all gets too muc
Supportive hubby, thinking about pressies
My hand is in the air, John.
Wow Sharon, nice work there. They're really beautiful, and your display is so professional-looking.
