Last Weekend

John was hard at work sorting out the garden at our old house in Glasgow, sweeping the leaves and gathering up the old pears, trimming the rose bush and the thorn bush and taking it all off in green bags to the dump. Sorry, civic amenity site. We are still waiting for someone to rent the house. Any takers?
We also caught up with some Glasgow friends and spent a really nice evening at Neil and Anita's church. It was a delicious, entertaining, life-affirming and community-affirming evening,

with food, music, dance, poetry, reflections, memories and more. Lots of people took part and contributed, but it has to be said that every detail was organised by Anita and it was just wonderful.
