How did this happen? I have previously confessed my love of weeding but the last couple of days I have found myself pulling creeping little plants out of the grass. My defensive arguments are that it is such a tiny patch of grass that it is do-able, and that if you are going to have such a tiny patch, it might as well be soft and grassy, and that I need to be sitting out in the sun on the grass anyway, prepared to break up any fights and arguments that the girls get into while playing "Native Tribes". Another confession: I had to tell my children, in the 21st century, not to play "Red Indians". Claire wanted to be the dog, but Ailsa explained they didn't have dogs in those days. So she got to be a horse. Later, the little native girls were moving apart from each other and promised to keep in touch by Skype.
Here are a few pics of our time in NS. There are very few and none of PEI, as I had mentally appointed Charlotte as Official Get-Together Photographer. Now I need to get some of those officials photographs off of her.
Also, I love WestJet. When the plane lands, the head flight attendant stands at the front and says, "Ok, get off".
